Description (In Witness's Own Words): My friend and I were leaving Lebanon, going home to Albany, 15 miles away. We both saw A Silver Disk shaped object hovering And floating in the rain clouds, then it just dissapeared!

Investigator's Notes: I have been unable to reach the witness to obtain more details regarding this sighting. Considering the weather (rain showers and low clouds) the object must have been flying low and close to the witnesses.
