Description (In Witness's Own Words): About December 10, 2006 l drove from London, Ontario to Exeter, Ontario on highway 4 after l was past Arva I took some photos. It was a nice sunny morning and the time was about about 7:30 am. I took several pictures, but if after l downloaded photos l saw this light on the picture, l didnt use light, in my camera. I am not exactly sure of the date, but l think the picture is more important. Please tell me what it is.

Investigator's Notes: I am not sure what the witness photographed. The anomaly could be an unusual cloud formation, but that is doubtful. The photo does show a faint line (like a contrail) that goes through the photo. Perhaps a cloud formation occurred as the result of a contrail. I do not believe that the photo is a hoax because the camera model and date/time stamp was in the file properties. Files that are edited generally lose this property information. There is some doubt about the exact date of the photo.
