Woman Sees Bright White Object Moving Eastward. Object Displayed a Repeated Stop & Move Pattern

Description (In Witness's Own Words):  I was walking home from the grocery store and saw a bright white object moving from west to east just South of 196th Street SW and Scriber Lake Road. It moved slowly would stop and then continue moving with no sound what so ever. There were no cars passing me on the road at the time so no chance of the sound being drowned out. Also I was at Lake Washington on Seafair Sunday 2005 and may have captured the UFO that you reported seeing with your video camera while filming the Blue Angels. There is a portion of film where one of the jets goes right over my head from South to North and there appears to be a white cigar shaped object to the right of the jet that I did not notice until a few days later while replay the tape. Investigator's Notes: Given the aerial characteristics of this sighting it doesn't sound like a satellite or meteor.  However, the International Space station (ISS) was visible at close to the time that the witness saw the light.  The ISS was visible for about 6 minutes and was last visible in the SE at an altitude of 12 degrees at 7:02 PM.  So if the witness's watch was a little fast or her memory of the exact time was off by a few minutes, then she could have witnessed the ISS.  She did say that object stopped and started which is not consistent with any kind of satellite.  A possibility also exists that the sighting could have been a helicopter, but the witness said that traffic was light and she heard no sound.  The major weakness in this case is that the witness left no contact information when filling out the online sighting report form.  This does not necessarily indicate deception, because some witnesses wish to remain anonymous.  (UFOs Northwest respects witness's desire to remain anonymous.)
