Description (In Witness's Own Words): I saw a bright object that moved from west through the big dipper to the east. The object slowed in speed and the intensity of the light dimmed. Then a 3 seconds bright pulse occurred. The object then adjusted course and proceeded south east toward the milky way. Two bright objects ejected from the object. The objects then stopped and disappeared in about 15 seconds. 25 seconds later the objects reappered lower on the horizon. One light strobed, then the object stopped, one light ejected from the object and then proceeded towards the northwest and disappeared. The objects were not satellites. There were no green, no red lights as marker lights, just white. The strobing made it look like two objects.
Investigator's Notes: Obviously the witness is describing something quite unusual. The series of "ejecting" objects (lights) is unusual. Also the fact thatthe path of the lights reversed course from southeast to northwest would eliminate satellites and meteors. Given this description I have no idea what the witness observed.
