Date of Sighting: March 13, 2006
Time of Sighting: 3 PM CST
Date Reported: March 13, 2006
Duration of Sighting: 10 Minutes
Location of Sighting: Port Lavaca, Texas (Southeast Coast of
Texas About 125 Miles Southeast of San Antonio)
Latitude: 28.6 Degrees North
Longitude: 96.6 Degrees West
Number of Witnesses: One
Weather: Scattered Clouds at 4,700 Feet and Broken Clouds at
6,500 Feet. Visibility 10 Miles.
Description (In Witness's Own Words):
I was outside in my garden and I didn't have my glasses with me at
the time. But when I looked up I saw one triangular shaped craft in
the east, another in the west and another in the south and they all
looked like they were heading in the same direction right next to
each other towards the North. Then all of a sudden they seemed to go
over some clouds and when they reached the other side they were
gone.
Investigator's Notes: Normally
triangular shaped craft reports are at night. This case is one of
the few times that I have ever received a daytime sighting.
However, the fact that only one witness saw the craft and admitted
not having eye glasses (assuming that they were needed) weakens the
validity of the sighting.
