Description (In Witness's Own Words): I was at the front of my sister's house. It was about 5 klm away. (I don't know the exact distance.) I Was looking at the clouds after storm with my video camera as I love to film storms and get lightning. My sister noticed it and then I zoomed in on it with my camera a panasonic 4.o mega pixel NV-GS400 3CCD I had it on auto but it got blurry so I put it on manual to zoom in. When I zoomed it got shaky so I couldn't zoom anymore as my arm was getting tired so I brang it back a bit. I have 4 minutes of footage right from begining before I zoomed in. I can't explain so you have to look for yourself as I can't explain distance and stuff. I also have this footage. I have also noticed something travel across the moon it came from behind than went halfway across the moon than zig zagged and went back the way it came back behind the moon. I did not get this on film. Hope you can tell me what it is.
Second Report: I captured the footage on my Panasonic DV video camera. I still have the tape. I uploaded it to my computer via USB cable into the Panasonic Software that came with the video camera. The file uploads as an avi format. I edited only part of the footage and saved it as a smaller compressed file as to send it via internet. I will try and send it all in the avi format that it converts it to when I upload it from camera. There were three witnesses, my sister, nephew and myself. My sister spotted it first. It seemed to move sideways then down then up again, and it seemed to turn right upside down back to normal again. It was headed for the storm cloud. I lost it when it went to the storm cloud as my arm was getting tired from holding the camera so I lost it then tried to find it again but could not. I have sent it to a ufologist here in Brisbane and they say it could be a ufo. I took still shots from footage and blew it up using photo shop. I have attached the still blown up shots plus the whole footage. Could it be a balloon? Everytime I film a storm to get still shots from footage I see a range of objects near the lightning bolts what could this be? I also have a 12” telescope and have a camera that attaches to the lens and to my laptop I have also footage of something going across the moon and it seemed to go into the moon.
Investigator's Notes: The object filmed by the witness seems to wobble as it moves. I have done some analysis and blown up the image. The image appears to have a disk like shape and does not resemble anything conventional. Several videos have surfaced lately from Australia.
