Description: The witness sent two groups of photos and requested an analysis. The witness did not notice the objects until viewing the photos. He used a Canon digital camera with a maximum resolution of 4 megapixels. (He couldn't recall the camera model.)

Comments: Additional photos supplied by the witness from the same photo session indicate that the objects in the above photo are birds. However, this cannot be stated with 100% certainty.
