Description (In Witness's Own Words): I saw a cigar shaped object seen flying very slow for 2-5 minutes at 2000-5000 ft. The next thing I knew I looked and it was gone.

Investigator's Notes: I have written to the witness to obtain more information about this sighting. The witness has not responded to my request for more information. It is interesting that the witness remembers the exact date after nearly 6 months. This indicates that the sighting had a significant impact on him. The witness's estimate of the height of the object is consistent with the weather conditions in the area at the time. (The cloud ceiling was 4,200 feet.) More information is necessary to investigate this sighting.
