Woman Sees "V" Shaped Object That Exhibited Erratic Motion

Description (In Witness's Own Words With a Few Edits):  We've seen this thing twice now. At first glance it appears like a really bright star. Then upon looking- you realize it's TOO bright AND it's darting to the sides. Just hovering in one spot height wise, but would dart to the left and right. Two airplanes crossed it's path and it totally turned it's lights off. IT Disappeared. Then to reappear when it felt undetected. The most recent sighting occurred on the morning of the 24th. It was making little "U" shapes to the left and to the right then it would spin in a fast circle. Every time it was about to move - it would get brighter. It was white but radiated some kind of red light as well when it moved. It was a "V" like shape. Overall- just strange. 

Investigator's Notes:  This sighting occurred about 4 hours after an earlier sighting in Centralia, Washington.  It is not known if these sightings are related.  (See report of Centralia sighting.)  This sighting has unusual characteristics with respect to shape and movement. The witness said that the object was "V" shaped, hovered, spun, moved left/right, and moved in a "U" pattern.  There is always the possibility that the witness observed a bright planet (Mars) and through a process called "photokinesis" was fooled into thinking that the object would move erratically and change colors.  The only two planets visible at this time were Saturn and Mars.  Mars was close to setting and was only about 4 degrees above the horizon.  Therefore the "photokinesis" effect is an unlikely cause of this sighting. I have written to the witness and asked for more information about this sighting.  Any updates will be posted.
