Weather: Photos Shows Some Cumulus Clouds. Some of the Clouds Are "Towering Cumulus." Visibility is excellent with no obstructions.

Description (In Witness's Own Words): The date was July 17 or 18 of last year. But I got the location wrong it was by the island of Tourtolla, in the US Virgin islands. (Forgive the spelling.) I hope that you see what I see. Thank you for your time. I found your web site skimming the Internet and thought you might like these pictures. Its a little hard to see what I found unless you zoom all the way in. In picture one over the third window facing you'll see a dark spot when you zoom in. The second object in this picture is about the same level and about three quarters of the way to the right side of the screen. It seems to be a lot more reflective then the first object, but whatever they are both objects are present in all three pictures. In the last picture there is also a plane and the shiny object appears over it. (See second photo above.) Take a look. Let me know what you think.

Investigator's Notes: The photos were taken with a high resolution digital camera (Canon Powershot Pro). The photos show two objects in the first photo. One object is above the aircraft and the other (darker object) is in the left portion of the photo. In the progression of photos the dark object proceeds left to right at about the same apparent altitude. The movement of the dark object is in the same direction from which a component of the wind is blowing as can be seen by the flags. This suggests that the dark object could be a balloon, kite, or some debris that would glide with the wind. The white object was only visible in photo one (1:18 PM).
