Man Sees Bright White Light With Red Light on Bottom Execute "Acrobatic" Maneuvers

Description (In Witness's Own Words): I saw a bright white light that looked like a satellite in the wrong spot. It started moving slightly but in multi directions. A red light was viewed on the bottom of  the light.  As I am typing this they are still there doing acrobatic maneuvers....
