Weather: Scattered Clouds at 15,000 Feet. Broken Clouds at 25,000 Feet. (No Rain or Thunderstorms in the Area.)
Description (In Witness's Own Words): I was driving the car, and suddenly the whole sky turned to blue in 2 seconds then turn back to normal sky. I am sure that it wasn't lightning as the sky was clear at that time, no rain, no nothing. My dad and mom saw it too.
Investigator's Notes: This is an unusual sighting. No thunderstorms were in the area. Sometimes a meteor will enter the Earth's atmosphere at a steep angle and explode resulting in a bright flash. However, the witness heard no sound and I am not aware of any reported meteor activity in the area. I have no explanation for this sighting.
