Description (In Witness's Own Words): I saw the same blue light on the 8th of November. It was like quite unusual. I'm residing in China (Guangzhou city). It is in the southern most part near to HongKong. As I was walking home on 8th of November at about 10 pm I received a call and unintentionally I looked up in the sky and saw the blue light. I first thought was it may be a spot light which is very common here as most restaurant or clubs use it, but it appears in the sky only when it's heavily clouded. That day it was not as such. Even a spot light can't be so stong to give an image of the end. It was clear blue light which was not usual. After looking at it I checked with the security guard of the apartment and he replied that he also saw this a couple of times and couldn't figure out what it was probably because of the full moon. As I was discussing that I saw the light spread in a circle now I knew for sure that it was not a spot light. It went like a bomb spreads the fire. After several minutes the light came back and I saw it again for 10 minutes at least as I was in thoughts and I walked back home. I have a window which is facing the same direction and spot where I saw it, but I couldn't find it again. I was curious so I logged on Google today and found out a lot of articles on your website so I though to share it with you.

Investigator's Notes: The witness is comparing to her sighting to another on my site. I have not been able to determine which case that she is comparing her sighting to. (I have had a couple of email communications with her.) Her observation certainly suggests something quite unusual given the fact that it spread out "like a bomb."
