Weather: Photo Shows Cloudy Skies. (Sky is Covered by Tropical Cumulus Clouds.) The Witness Stated That Winds Were Light.

Description: The witness said in his brief report that he did not see the object until he looked at the photo in his camera. The photo was taken with a Polaroid PDC 3070 (3.2 megapixel) digital camera.

Investigator's Notes: I am not sure what the object in the photo could be. I thought that the object could possibily be a paper bag suspended in the air by brisk winds. However, given that the witness said that the winds were light that is not a viable explanation. The object does not appear to be a kite. I don't think that the object is an artifact of the camera. Conclusion: The object is unidentified!
