Description: The witness sent the video within one hour of when it was taken. The second report below by the witness indicates that they sighted several lights at first (6) and then some of the lights disappeared. By the time the video was taken only one light was visible. Apparently the light was stationary and the movement is likely movement of the camera.

Second Report by Witness (In Response to Investigator Questions): I really don't think my hand was jiggling the camera, yet possibly it was and I didn't think so? To the naked eye it was just sitting there, and had a flat round-ish appeal. The lights were red, white and blue, and the red ones were flashing on and off a few times, then the white and blue would flash. We watched it for about 20-25 mins. At first there were about 5-6 of them all over the sky at various heights. By the time I got the camcorder there were 2 left, and while I was taping that one, the other one disappeared. It was a very clear night - we aren't far from you, so what you observed last night for weather would probably have been the same. There were some stars visible. We checked again tonight, hoping to see something, but nothing. The conditions tonight are the same for weather, yet nothing is visible at all. I wish I had a tripod last night!

Investigator's Notes: I am not sure of the source of the light in the videotape or of the multiple lights sighted prior to the videotape. Sometimes commercial promotions can result in lights reflecting off of the cloud cover. However, there were only a few clouds at the time. (See weather report above.) Therefore I don't think that the lights were due to reflections of surface lights. Given current information I have no idea what these lights were.
