Description: Witness related his report through titles on the video. Apparently he was driving and noticed a flying object. He pulled his car over to the side of the road and his son took the video.

Investigator's Notes: It is difficult to say what the object in this video is. The quality of the footage is not good and it is difficult to follow the path of the object. One of witnesses makes the remark that the object did not have wings. It appears that the object flew below the cloud present in the later part of the video. The object does not appear to be an airplane or helicopter.
