Description (In Witness's Own Words): I saw two small circular objects of a blue gray color. They were moving in a circular pattern, but changed directions a few times. The two remained about a foot apart, but would zag closer at times.

Investigator's Notes: The long duration of this sighting is somewhat unusual. It is doubtful if this sighting is due to any astronomical phenomenon given that skies were mostly cloudy. The description also does not fit conventional aircraft behavior. With available information I cannot identify the cause of this sighting.
