Description (In Witness's Own Words): I saw a square disc flying about 150 feet over my head going at a fair speed. It was coming from the north and moving south. It was a light blue color.

Investigator's Notes: Whatever the witness saw would have been quite close given the restricted weather conditions. The shape of the object is uncertain given that the witness has described the object as a "square disk." The witness has not responded to my followup questions.
