Description (In Witness's Own Words): I was sitting in my hottub at around 11:00pm April 21, 2007, Calgary, Alberta Canada. I always sit back and just stare into the sky, watching for satellites or falling stars. The sky was clear and I was just looking at stars as normal, when something caught my eye. I saw something moving from south to north. I was facing SE at the time. I saw what appeared to be 3 triangle shapes moving in a "V" formation. The triangles themselves appeared to be almost translucent. Each triangle had very faint glowing lights along the sides, sort of a orange/red colour. I cannot say how many lights were on each side exactly, but anywhere from 4-7 is my best guess. They moved with incredible speed. The flight patteren in the sky was almost the same as to which the local airplanes fly. I am very familiar with seeing local airplanes coming and going since my house is located close to their flight pattern. Compared to the airplanes ( 747, 737 and other large planes) I see regularly in the sky, these triangle shapes where almost 3 times the size of any large plane I am used to seeing. And compared to the speed in which the triangles were moving, regular planes would take around 6-10 seconds to cover the same distance the triangles covered in about 2-3 seconds. I can normaly hear regular airplanes as they pass over in the sky. Once I saw these objects I quickly stood out of my hottub to see better, turned off the water jets so I could hear better but I could not hear anything. The triangles were also at a much lower altitude than the normal planes fly at, exactly how high I could not say. As fast as I saw them, they disappeared to my sight as the sky got lighter towards the city centre. As I continued to scan the sky hoping to see them again, a couple of minutes later 2 regular airplanes began to pass over the city, but in directions not normal to flight patterns (west to east) I also noticed that these planes where traveling at a very, very high altitude (and I could hear their engines). After about 20minutes I called the local police to see if anyone else reported seeing something strange in the sky, but the officer said that there had been no reports, but she would keep an ear out if anyone else reports something. I am really interested to see if anyone else saw what I saw, because I have never seen anything like this before. Living in Canada, I know our millitary do not have stealth bombers. And although I have never seen a stealth bomber in the sky, I do not recall the USA stealth bombers to have the ability to be translucent. These triangles were like they where invisible. The only thing that helped define their shape was the dim lights along the side and the sort of weird distortion of the overall shape, except you could see though it. The best way I can describe it is like water; clear and distorted but translucent. I just want to know if anyone else in the Calgary area saw what I saw. Or if anyone anywhere else has seen something similar. I have no knowledge or experience in this type of thing, and this is the first website I can across where you can report something like this.

Investigator's Notes: The sightings of V shaped and triangular shaped objects continue. The witness is quite explicit in her comparison of these objects to conventional aircraft. These objects behave differently. (They move faster than regular aircraft, can hover, and are silent.) Conclusion: Unidentified!
