Description: The attached photo was taken while visiting my son at his horse ranch just outside of Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Comments: The witness did not see the object until he viewed the photos on his camera. An Olympus Digital D-540 Zoom camera with maximum resolution of 3.2 megapixels was used to take the photo. Enlarging the photo plus increasing the brightness and contrast has not revealed a conventional object. The sun is evident reflecting off what appears to be a metallic surface. I do not believe that the object is a balloon, bird, or regular aircraft. The object has an oval shape.
