Weather: Clear Skies. Visibility 10 Miles. Winds Were From the ENE at 10 MPH.
Description (In Witness's Own Words): I saw V shaped lights moving across the sky NW to SE. I heard no sounds and observed smooth movement across the sky. The light formation reminded me of a geese formation flying to the south.
Investigator's Notes: I think that the witness's hunch is correct: The lights were a formation of geese migrating to the south for the winter.
