Weather: Clear Skies and 10 Miles Visibility Were Recorded on July 10 and August 3. The Dates of the Other Two Sightings Are Unknown. (Suspect That in the Summer Skies Would be Mostly Clear in the Early Morning Hours.)

Description (In Witness's Own Words): I have seen unusual lights in the eastern sky between 4:00am and 4:30 am. They look like a satellite until they get brighter and brighter then fade away. I have seen them 4 times in July and august 2007. I have seen more then one together. The whole sighting lasts a few seconds.

Investigator's Notes: The phenomenon described by the witness sounds like the lights could possibly be military flares. However, two arguments against this are the brevity of the sightings (few seconds) and no military bases are nearby. It also is unknown if the military would conduct operations in that area. I have no other explanation for the sightings.
