Description: One of the witnesses phoned in his sighting report. Upon my request he supplied the nice graphic above which illustrated and explained his sighting. The object was quite large and probably was close to the witnesses. No sound or other disturbance was experienced. The object gradually became invisible, but did not move from area. The object had approached from the north.

Investigator's Notes: I have no explanation for what the witnesses observed. The only similarity to a conventional aircraft were the red and green flashing lights. (Aircraft have a red light on the left wing and green light on the right wing.) However, the shape of the object, hovering behavior, and disappearance suggest that the object was not a conventional aircraft.
