Location of Sighting: Manteca, California (Immediately South of Stockton About 90 Miles East-Northeast of San Francisco)

Number of Witnesses: One

Description (In Witness's Own Words): The object that I filmed was moving up and down back and forth. The object was spinning and moving east and west but in a jerking back and forth motion AND IT DIDNT MOVE VERY MUCH BUT ENOUGH TO CATCH IT MOVING OFF THE SCREEN IN 5 SECS I FILMED the moon one night and after 15 mins the moon was not off my handy cam screen. So, William, do stars move faster than the moon? Isn't moon closer? it also moved down slowly? Balls of light were filmed east but heading west but then heading east. They are the same objects but starting to move around more. Still have not seen the first object that I saw on Dec. 24th. That one was a craft for sure these things seem to do something with electricity. I have lots more video. If you want to see or you have seen enough, let me know I filmed last night.

Investigator's Notes: The witness says that the object was moving up and down and jerking back and forth. She insinuated that she was using a tripod and could not keep the object in the field of view because of its motion. She then removed the camera from the tripod to finish the video. The video shows a flashing light. The video also shows that the witness is zooming in and out. It is always difficult to determine motion of an object from a video so one has to rely on the testimony of the person taking the video. This same witness has taken videos of obvious celestial objects (stars, bright planets, etc) and was unsure of their identity. However, I have no reason to believe that this video is of any celestial object. It could a video of a helicopter or conventional aircraft, but one should see some evidence of colored lights (red and green). She did tape an object on December 30, 2006. (I had no explanation for the content of the December 30 video.) Given available information I am not sure what the witness videotaped.
