Description (In Witness's Own Words): Hi William I live in Max, N.Dak. remember awhile back i sent you a picture of an object I captured in front of the sun. this one was taken on February, 5 2007 the direction was to the south south west. I took the photo about 7:15 pm. The object I was trying to capture was the one on the left, with the vapor trail. It was moving extremely fast, and what I considered really low, as to it was under the cloud cover. I thought how can something be leaving a vapor trail at that low an altitude. When I downloaded the picture to my computer, and looked at it closer, I noticed the object on the upper right side of the photo. It was dark colored, and was triangular. When I blow it up it looks like some kind of aircraft, which is not uncommon up here because of all the missile control command centers around here for the icbms in this area. To me even being fuzzy Its looks like a F - 117 A stealth fighter. (I'm not sure.) Wwhy was it not leaving a vapor trail? I took this photo with a Vivitar with a 640x480 pixels. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

Investigator's Notes: A blowup of the object in this photo does not reveal a conventional aircraft. As the witness states the location is close to an Air Force Base so the object could be a military aircraft. The witness did not see the object. He was focused on the contrail in the photograph. A slight possibility exists that the apparent object could be a spot on the windshield given that the photo was taken from inside the vehicle.
