Number of Witnesses Interviewed: Two

Description: Listen to audio clip of witness report. (MP3)
The primary witness (husband) called in the sighting about three hours after it occurred. He was quite excited by what saw and said that he had never seen anything like it before. The object was first noticed by the witness and his son while driving home. The witness described that he saw two objects moving westward. He said that the lights (objects) were of red and blue color. The two objects were only visible as two through binoculars. (The objects appeared as one without binoculars.) The witness stated that he captured about 30 minutes of video footage of the objects. He promised to send me a copy of the video. I also interviewed the witness's wife. She corroborated her husband's story. She also was quite excited by what she saw.

Investigator's Notes: I will have to defer any final remarks about this sighting until I analyze the video. The characteristics of the sighting do not fit any conventional explanations like space junk reentry or meteors. A slight possibility exists that the witnesses could have viewed a comet, but I am not aware of any visible comets at the time of sighting.
