Description (In Witness's Own Words): I saw an object North of Orinda, CA heading East toward Concord, running parallel just north of Route 24. The object was flying very fast (couldn't hear anything over the airplane flying NE at a higher altitude, ~30,000ft). The object was flying approximately at 10,000ft. There was a red flashing light above a random series of 'running' white lights circulating around the object. The object appeared at least double the width of a 737 plane wing-span. We were unable to see the shape of the object other than the lights, so estimating size/shape is not possible.

Investigator's Notes: It is difficult to envision the characteristics of the object given the witness's description. The witness did not provide valid contact information so I am unable to find out more about what she saw. Therefore this sighting lacks sufficient data.
