The witness was quite excited by what she saw. She heard a humming sound and looked up and saw a black disk shaped object moving rapidly inland towards the northeast. The object moved across the sky in about 10 seconds. Both she and her mother saw the object. She is quite familiar with military planes and UAVs (Unmanned aerial vehicles), but has never seen anything like this.

Investigator's Notes: I interviewd the witness at length and she explicitly recall details of her sighting. The only detail that needed clarification was the direction of movement. The object was moving towards the northeast rather than the southwest as originally reported. This is a very unusual sighting because normally the disk shaped objects that are reported are silver or gray in color. This object was black. The witness was quite confident in the shape. (The object was not delta or triangular shaped.) I have no explanation for this sighting. Other witnesses in this area who saw anything unusual are urged to report their sighting.
