Weather: High Cloudiness. (Witness Stated That it Was a Hot Cloudy/Sunny Day.)

Description (In Witness's Own Words): I took a picture of the St John river on our way out of town. I got home and noticed the U.F.O over the transmission wires protection ball.What do you think? This picture would be only a few hundred yards from the other picture we sent to you.

Investigator's Notes: This photo has just been received. Preliminary analysis (see above) has revealed that the power line protection ball (labeled as marker in photo) is in line with the power line and that no power line is in line with the object above the protection ball. The object is dark in color and is of disk like shape. The witnesses did not see the object and only noticed it when later viewing the photos. Other photos taken in the same session do not show any camera anomalies. Therefore the object is real and not due to any problems with the camera.
