Astronomical: Venus Was Very Bright at Magnitude -4.3. Venus Set in WNW at About 10:25 PM on July 10.

Description (In Witness's Own Words): We video taped a very strange light in the sky tonight and last night it starts out as a bright white light then as we continued to video tape it drops down and seems to pulsate. Tt turned different colors and seemed to be almost like a burst then went back to the original white orb. Four of us witnessed it. We were looking west over the mountain and this went on for about 24 minutes. The light then split into 3 different directions and disappeared. We have video tape, but no way to upload. Please contact us ASAP. We need answers.

Investigator's Notes: We have viewed the videotape sent by the witness. Videos were taken on July 10 and again on July 11 at about the same time. The videotape clearly shows the bright planet Venus which was visible in the direction where the video was taken.
