Description (In Witness's Own Words): On November 19, 2007, my friend and I were in a backyard in San Francisco, and I looked up at the sky. Coming across east to west were 3 grayish lights, like stars (but gray). They stayed in a triangle form, but fluctuated in and out, always keeping the triangle shape. They were moving at what seemed to be the same speed as a plane, but if they were at a higher altitude, they would've been going really fast.

Investigator's Notes: Given this report it is difficult to say what the witnesses sighted. The witness's statement that the lights "flucuated in out" is unclear. My interpretation is that he is saying that the lights disappeared and reappeared" and that the lights were from one object.
