Description: Two brothers were enroute to California from Mexico. They noticed a silver object that was making abrupt turns and moving up and down to the west as they were driving northward towards California. The brother who was the passenger began filming the object through his cell phone camera to the west (through the drivers side windows. The object at times was obscured by the sun, but it obviously was moving erratically. At the end of the video the object was towards the front of the left side of the vehicle. (See second still image above.)

Investigator's Notes: The witness who reported this sighting said that he has never seen anything like the object in the video. He was markedly affected by the sighting. Unfortunately cell phone cameras take low resolution videos so the quality is not good. However, it is obviously that the object is moving erratically in the brief period of time that the video lasts. I have no explanation for what the two brothers vidoetaped.
