The witness telephoned his sighting a few minutes after it happened. He also mentions in his report prior sightings. He qualifies why he doesn't think the lights are conventional aircraft or satellites because of the "starting and stopping" motions observed.

Investigator's Notes: I am not sure what the witness sighted. However, he states that he is seeing these lights on consecutive days. This fact would tend to suggest a conventional explanation.
