Description: The witness sent a photo saying he did not see anything when taking the photo. When asked why he taking the photo, his response was: "I felt complelled to take a picture." He used a Finepix E500 (4.1 megapixel) digital camera to take the photo. He said that he used the flash for the above photo. He took the photo in a northerly direction from his home. He said that he had other photos of objects that he could not explain.

Investigator's Notes: I confirmed that the night was cloudy as the witness stated. Therefore this eliminates any celestial bodies as being the object in the photo. However, the use of the flash setting possibly could have caused the dot in the photo. The witness was not clear in his reason for taking the photo. Given available information I do not have a good explanation for the contents of this photo.
