Description: I saw a large, bright, circular, blue and white Object that moved fast, smooth with a curving motion. I was driving on Route 521 and saw the object through my windshield. The object appeared to be moving towards the west. The light was about 1/4 the size of a full moon.

Comments: The witness felt that his sighting was significant given that he reported it about 15 minutes after it happened. It is difficult to say what the light (object) could be. No trail or fragmentation was seen so it was not likely to be a meteor or falling space debris. The movement was too fast for a satellite.
