Description: The witness phoned in his report. He stated that he noticed a bright pulsating light in the western sky that pulsated right to left in a red, yellow, blue, and amber light pattern when viewed through binoculars. He felt quite anxious when viewing the light through binoculars. The light remained visible until about 3:30 AM.
Comments: Based on astronomical data I believe that the witness observed the planet Mars which was in the area of the sky where the witness saw the light. Mars also set at about the time that the witness lost sight of the light. Mars would be quite bright when viewed through binoculars and could show some various colors.
