Description: One of the witnesses called during the time when the lights were sighted. Apparently the lights would move from low on the horizon to a high angle and then move back to a lower angle. This pattern continued during the entire duration of the sighting. The direction of the sighting was towards the North-Northwest.

Comments: I thought that the witnesses were viewing a celestial phenomenon given that the skies were clear and that the direction of the lights continued in the same area of the sky. I thought that the apparent movement was due to an optical illusion called autokinesis. I requested that the witnesses take photos of each area of the sky and anchor the camera (preferably on tripod). I did not receive any photos from the witnesses.
