Witness Said Lights Were Similar to "Phoenix Lights"

Description: The witness called and left voice mail message that his friend had taken a video of lights that resembled the Phoenix Lights of March, 1997. I subsequently returned the phone call from the friend of the witness and was told that the video had been sent to other UFO organizations, but no response had been received. The witness's friend did not know the date of the video, but thought that it was taken last month. He was not certain of other details of the sighting. The video was sent to my cell phone which I transferred to this website.

Comments: This video is intriguing, but little is known about it. I will be contacting the witness for more details. The video was taken with a cell phone. (The cell phone make and model is not known.) The video initially shows one light and then lights blink on and off in alternating patterns with up to seven lights visible at one point. The lights are in a half circular pattern with one light at the top center. Updates will be posted.

Special Note: I do not believe that this video is a hoax or a download of a video from another website. The witness did not have the knowledge to transfer the video from his cell phone to a computer. He sent the video to my cell phone from his phone. I then transferred to my computer and uploaded.
