Weather: Skies Were Clear. Visibility Was 10 Miles. Winds Were Calm.

Description: In the vicinity of the city of Goose Creek, Berkeley County area of South Carolina I saw 5 lights over the tree line about 10 PM. The lights were in a pentagon shape blinking from red then green then white. The lights were moving towards the northeast and I lost sight of them when they moved beyond the tree tops. Each the lights in the pentagon were 5 times bigger then airplane landing lights.

Comments: The witness promptly responded to questions regarding his sighting. Given available information I have no explanation for these lights. It is noteworthy that the sighting occurred near two military installations. (See map above.)
