Weather: (Nearby Caribou, Maine) - Thunderstorms Were in the Area. A Few Clouds Were Observed at 6,500 Feet and Scattered Clouds at 10,000 Feet. Visibility Was 10 Miles. Winds Were Calm.

Description: I saw a disk shaped craft with two small bright beacons. One beacon was white and the other one was kind of a blueish. The underside of the object looked like a small portal. It looked like it was made of aluminium, but it was going sraight for the ground in a rotary motion. Then it went up a little bit and it disappeared in the sky. The object was completely silent !

Comments: The witness described an aerial object with non-conventional flying characteristics. However, it should be noted that the detailed description of the object in the report would be more difficult at night.
