Weather: Skies Were Clear. Visibility Was 10 Miles. Winds Were Calm.
Description: There was a really bright white light in the sky. It looked kind of like a big star. It was moving up and down across the sky. Then it split in to two lights. They kept jumping up and down and just zoomed away in the same direction. Then they just stopped in the middle of the sky and didn't move at all. This is my second sighting.
Comments: If the witness's observations are accurate, I have no explanation for this sighting.
