Weather: Clouds Were Scattered at 25,000 Feet. Visibility Was 10 Miles. Winds Were From the Southwest at 5 MPH.

Description: I saw red round circles. I saw 1 first then 2, 3, and 4. They made patterns in the sky then disappeared. Two then traveled northwest, came back about 3 minutes later, one lit up to a bright white light, then the other one did as well. Then both disappeared. The whole event was about 5 minutes. Really creepy,

Comments: One thing is for sure some sightings are very unique. This sighting fits into that category. I know of no phenomenon that create this type of aerial display.
