Description: I saw two light blue to white balls. I was looking east and they flew in formation from north to south. (When looking with fingers in front of face they were about an inch apart.) They were a little brighter than stars, but NOT airplanes. Half way through the sighting the one on top zipped out of formation to the west (looking with fingers in front of face about 6-8 inches apart). They flew apart for about 2 seconds and then flew back into perfect, original formation. They were still heading South in the blink of an eye they disappeared. The whole sighting lasted about 10-15 seconds. My girlfriend also witnessed the sighting. There is a local airport in the area and about 1 min after sighting a plane took off and flew over head and it took at least 45 seconds to 1 min to fly through our view of sight. So I know the balls were traveling fast. I've never seen anything like it. I reported it to the local Police and this morning called the physics/astronomy department at the University of Western Ontario and left a message.
Comments: The witness has described detail suggesting that these lights were not airplanes. In another note the witness stated that a few other witnesses saw the lights in the same area. Some of the sightings were about 30 minutes before his sighting. |
