Description: I saw a disk shaped object appear over the mountain opposite my house. It hovered upwards at quite a fast rate flipping over as it did. It rose upwards in a arc which made it pass over my house and I could not see it anymore. it flipped over a few times as it gained altitude. The mountain I saw it over was the mountain between Ebbw Vale and Nantyglo.

Comments: The witness has described a classic flying saucer type object. He did not indicate the color, but most craft are describing as silver or gray in color.
