Date Sighting Reported: November 1, 2008
Duration of Sighting: Both Photos Taken in About 90 Seconds
Location of Sighting: Ogden, Utah Looking East From North Highway 89
Latitude: 41.21 Degrees North
Longitude: 111.97 Degrees West
Number of Witnesses: Several
Number of Witnesses Interviewed: Secondhand Witness (Brother of Photographer)
Weather: Skies Were Mostly Cloudy With Bases at 11,000 Feet. Visibility Was 10 Miles. Winds Were From the South at 13 With Gusts to 21 MPH.

Description: I didn't actually see the UFO firsthand. My brother is the one who saw it and sent me the pictures he took of it. He was just driving down the road when he saw this in the sky. He said that it was just hanging in the air and slowly coming down. It was in the shape of a pyramid and colored black. There were other people who had pulled over to look at it as well. He was facing east when he took the pictures. I am not sure if it's a weather balloon of some sort or what.

Comments: The object is not a weather balloon. Photo analysis has also shown that the object was not suspended or attached to any string. Therefore it is not likely a kite. The sighting was close to Hill Air Force Base (AFB). (See above map.) This is the third photo that our organization has received of similar black triangular objects. The identity of these objects is not known, but it seems that more daytime sightings are occurring. The photos were taken with a Canon Powershot SD600 digital camera with a maximum resolution of 6 mega-pixels.
