Description: I was camping 5 miles west of Otway, ohio on April 17th 2008 with my brother and another friend. It was about 9:30-10:00 p.m. and I was sitting down in a chair and noticed three lights in a row close together just above a hill side. I ask my brother and friend if they saw those lights and they didn't. So I thought it was not a big deal. Well a few minutes later I saw them again and so did my brother and friend. They appeared a couple more times to our right. The three lights lit up and went out. So at that point I told my friend who was at his truck to grab my video camera. He gave me the camera and the lights lit up again and I did film a set of lights going out And then right below the first set of lights another set lit up and I got a good shot at those. After the set of lights went out there was about 10 to 20 small lights in the sky flying around all over the place. They were flying around in all kinds of crazy directions. They were zigzagging all over the sky. However I was still taping, but those lights did not show up on my camera. After a minute or so of the small lights went out and we heard a loud rumble and it was over. It sounds like we saw the same thing the guy in Hillsboro saw.
