Weather: Visibility Was 4 Miles in Light Rain. A Few Clouds Were Observed at 800 Feet, Broken Clouds Were Observed at 2,200 Feet, and Skies Were Overcast at 3,300 Feet. Winds Were From the East at 10 MPH.

Description: From far away the size of the object was about 7 feet tall and 9 feet wide. I could not determine the speed, but it was faster than an airplane. I saw three dots in the sky. The dots were colored white, yellow, and blue.

Comments: The witness's report is confusing and difficult to interpret. Given the report little can be said about this sighting. The inclement weather conditions would mean that whatever the witness saw would have been flying low and would have been in close proximity.
