Description: Last night I was coming home from church and out of nowhere a long rectangle shape came out of the sky. It had about seven red dots and one long red line down the middle. It was 90 to 100 mph east from Parlier, California. In about 3 minutes it was gone from sight.

Comments: Due to heavy case load in July we did not have time to contact the witness for more details regarding his sighting. His description of the object is certainly strange and doesn't fit the classic disk, triangle, sphere shapes, etc that we normally receive.
