Description: The witnesses observed a bright object in the eastern and northeastern sky that appeared as a circular pattern of lights when viewed through binoculars. They said that they watched the same pattern of lights in the early morning hours of the same day. The lights moved southward towards the Gulf of Mexico.

Comments: No bright planets were in the portion of the sky where the witnesses saw the lights. There may be a conventional explanation for this sighting, but not enough information is available to make a determination.
