Weather: Overcast Skies. Cloud Bases Were at 3,300 Feet. Visibility Was 9 Miles. Winds Were From the Northwest at 10 MPH.

Description: At 2:20 am on April 2 I went to the dining room and looked at the sky. I saw suddenly a craft in the sky flying under the clouds. At that hour you don’t see airplanes in Toronto. I live on the 20th floor of a building from where I am able to see airplanes coming from the island airport. Also I have visibility to see airplanes going to Pearson airport, but never at that hour. Defining the shape of the object I saw is difficult, due to the fact that first appeared as it was an airplane by its distance. When it approached in a fast manner (just seconds) it turned on even more lights and turned on a big beam light towards up in the sky. The beam light appeared to be coming from the back of the craft. It was very impressive. The lights were mainly white. The craft traveled from east to west. I wonder what I saw?

Comments: I am not sure what the witness saw. One possibility is the witness saw a helicopter. However, the witness was certain that the object was not a helicopter.
